Hayley Spooner, Jul 31, 2025

From toy studios to nonprofit boardrooms, five teams in the United States with very different needs found one powerful way to meet better: Neat. Discover how they’re using simple, smart video tech to connect, collaborate, and thrive – wherever work happens.
The way we meet has changed – and so have the spaces we meet in. Yet despite their differences in size, industry, and culture, five very different organizations in the United States have all partnered with Neat to transform how their teams connect. In this roundup, we explore how these companies – each with their own unique challenges – are using Neat’s beautifully simple video technology to create more inclusive, intuitive, and effective meeting experiences for everyone, everywhere.
Southern Glazer’s achieve meeting consistency at massive scale
When you’re coordinating across 41 distribution centers, 3,000 trucks, and more than 250,000 customers, there’s no time to wrestle with clunky video gear. Meet Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the largest beverage alcohol distributor in North America, moving millions of cases annually for more than 1,200 brands across 44 states with unmatched scale, speed, and precision.
Southern Glazer’s reached out to Neat because they needed a meeting solution that just worked. No more guesswork, no more panic-calls to IT. By standardizing over 100 Zoom Rooms with devices including Neat Bar, Neat Bar Pro, and Neat Pad, they achieved their goal of a reliable and repeatable experience across the US. And quickly too. With cloud-based management platform Neat Pulse they were able to deploy rooms in hours, instead of weeks.
We’re really starting to see the value. It’s been a huge hit with everyone here.

Spin Master powers creativity across continents
We’re a design company, and our designers love Neat. It’s intuitive, elegant, and just works.
Tyler Pollard, Global Manager of Collaboration, Spin Master.
Creativity moves fast at Spin Master, the company behind beloved brands like PAW Patrol and Hatchimals – brands touching hearts in more than 100 different markets. To make sure creative energy flowed freely – whether in person or remote – Spin Master chose Neat to support their global workforce, dynamic teams constantly designing, prototyping, and testing new ideas in close to 20 countries.
By combining Neat Bar Pro, Neat Board, and Neat Board 50, Spin Master created meeting spaces that invite spontaneous collaboration. Whiteboarding sessions start with a tap. Product demos happen in real time. Designers can sketch, revise, and brainstorm across borders – as if they’re in the same room.
The flexible design of Neat devices fits beautifully into Spin Master’s modern, open workspaces. Meanwhile features like Neat Boundary ensure meetings still feel focused, by setting visual and auditory meeting parameters, that block out extraneous sights and sounds – even in a busy, open-plan room.

Synopsys creates truly global meeting equity
Synopsys is a global leader in chip design software and semiconductor Internet Protocol (IP), helping tech companies build and secure the world’s most advanced electronics. With over 19,000 employees across 120 offices, they faced a massive challenge. How to give everyone – from San Jose to Singapore – the same high-quality meeting experience.
Before Neat, in-room attendees had a clear advantage. Remote participants struggled to see and hear everything. Now, with Neat Bar and Neat Bar Pro standardized across their Zoom Rooms, all employees enjoy equal visibility and voice – thanks in part to Neat Symmetry, which auto-frames every person in the room so no one gets left out.
Deployment was refreshingly simple. Short how-to videos and light signage were all it took to get teams up and running. Then, with Neat Pulse, all devices globally can be monitored, managed, and updated without the IT team ever leaving their desks. It’s efficiency, and then some.
Neat has brought people together. The tech doesn’t get in the way – it supports collaboration.
Hilde Rodriquez, IT Manager, Synopsys.

Grow America upgrades its hybrid work with ease
For Grow America, technology isn’t the mission, but it helps make the mission possible. Grow America is America’s a highly experienced community and economic development nonprofit, with over five decades of impact, training more than 85,000 leaders and investing billions in affordable housing, small business lending, and community revitalization across all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
When they launched their shiny new NYC HQ, they wanted a space that inspired employees and impressed funders – without a huge IT footprint. They found their perfect fit with Neat. From informal lounge zones to boardroom gatherings, Grow America deployed Neat Board, Neat Bar, and Neat Pad to support easy, elegant video collaboration on Microsoft Teams. In their “chill space,” Neat Board enables casual coffee-fueled brainstorms. In the boardroom, Neat Bar ensures that even with more than 20 attendees, remote participants get equal visibility and crystal-clear sound.
The clincher? Neat Pulse let Chief Technology Officer Antonio Palumbo manage their entire deployment, solo.
It saved me from hiring extra support, and during our rebrand I reconfigured all devices from my laptop in minutes.
Antonio Palumbo, CTO, Grow America.
For a nonprofit investing in America’s future, Neat has become a surprisingly powerful tool for building deeper relationships and stronger community impact.

Verkada standardizes on Neat to make collaboration a breeze
Verkada isn’t your average tech company, they’re a major player in enterprise security, combining smart hardware with cloud-based software to protect everything from schools to global businesses. With over 2,000 employees across 16 offices – and growing fast – they’ve built a reputation for making smart, scalable security simple. So when it came time to level up their own internal collaboration, they turned to Neat to keep their team connected – without the tech headaches.
Now, every one of Verkada’s 282 meeting spaces around the world is equipped with Neat’s beautifully simple, Zoom-powered devices. From Neat Bars and Neat Bar Pros in conference rooms to Neat Boards in open areas and Neat Pads for room control and scheduling, it’s a fully streamlined setup that goes live in under an hour. For a company where room usage regularly hits 80% and spontaneous meetings are part of the culture, Neat has become their not-so-secret weapon for effortless teamwork at scale.
It’s huge for us that Neat devices are so easy to set up and manage since they make things much more efficient for my team. For smaller deployments, we can have local staff take care of unboxing and plugging it in; then, we can use Neat Pulse to remotely get the room online, all in under an hour. For a recent expansion of our London office, we went out and fully installed eight rooms in four days, all while jetlagged.
Zac Howe, AV Engineering Manager, Verkada.
