Neat recently asked fifty-nine customers across twelve industries about their experience using Neat devices. The survey was truly global, comprising 51% in AMER, 25% in APAC, and the rest in EMEA. The sample size represents a whopping 16,000+ meeting spaces, from huddle rooms for one to two people to extra-large conference rooms created to host more than thirty guests. Wanna know what one of the stand-out stats was? Meetings are starting quicker and with zero fuss, according to 81% of customers surveyed. By contrast, 61% of customers said setting up their video devices before switching to Neat took more than an hour. Talk about being stuck in the pits with a threaded wheel nut!

Swift processing, shipping, and delivery

What’s more, we also swiftly ship our devices. OK, it’s not as quick as Max Verstappen in his Oracle Red Bull Racing RB21, but we’ve achieved same-day deliveries in terms of dispatch. We can generally ship most of our products overnight for next-day delivery in the US, while worldwide, it’s within three, five days or seven days, depending on whether it is a bar, pad, center, or larger board device. On average, the total number of days it took to ship a device from order to delivery in 2024 was 3.5 days.
