From glitchy complexity to a slick unified platform
Before Neat, the Clippers – like many organizations – faced the frustration of inconsistent AV setups across meeting rooms. The lack of a unified solution meant the IT team had to manually inspect and support each room daily. Through their unique technology, Neat was able to provide support for these issues by bringing all collaboration tools under one ecosystem.
Each meeting room is equipped with the same equipment, which avoids challenges with integration, management, and troubleshooting.

Set-up couldn’t be simpler
One of Neat’s key advantages is the devices work right out of the box. Whether it’s a video bar like Neat Bar Generation 2 , Neat Bar Pro, or a mobile video-enabled screen like Neat Board, all devices include an easy set it up. The Clippers were able to easily integrate Neat devices at their new home, Intuit Dome, including Neat Pads, which are situated outside every meeting space for instant room booking. Once plugged in, Neat devices can be set up in mere minutes, following foolproof instructions on-screen.
For their conference rooms, the Clippers installed either a Neat Bar Generation 2 or Neat Bar Pro. Neat Bar Pro is a more powerful option for larger spaces, while Neat Bar Generation 2 is more suitable for small to medium-sized spaces. Neat Bar Pro combines studio-quality audio and intelligent camera framing in one sleek device, delivering a meeting experience so immersive it feels like everyone’s in the same room – even when they’re not.
For spaces needing more flexibility, the Clippers wheel in Neat Board, turning a lounge or suite into a hybrid meeting area at a moment’s notice. An even more powerful option is Neat Board Pro, which the Clippers will also be adding to their video collaboration portfolio.

Neat Center is a game-changer for hybrid collaboration
A standout device for the Clippers is Neat Center, which they chose for some of their most important meeting places. Neat Center puts meeting participants front and center, quite literally. Neat Symmetry has given the Clippers virtual meetings a more personalized feeling by auto-framing each speaker. This makes it easy to identify who is speaking.
