Neat offers our customers a 30-day, "no questions asked" return policy on Neat Bar, Neat Pad, Neat Bar Pro and Neat Frame. If a customer chooses not to move forward with Neat after the evaluation period, the customer returns the product(s) to our returns processing facility in Iowa.

Our factory recertification technicians:

  • Completely factory reset the device
  • Boot up & test the device
  • Perform a 28-point inspection/validation/replacement of all necessary accessories in the box (e.g. mounts, cables, screws, documentation, warranty information)
  • Place 'Neat Factory Recertified' labels on the physical product & outer boxes
