Enterprise-Ready. Simplicity That Scales
Norma Lovhaugen, Jul 14, 2026
We made our name on making meeting rooms effortless to deploy, use, and manage. Today, that same simplicity extends across some of the world’s largest organizations.
As more businesses standardize on video collaboration, deployment plans are measured in hundreds or thousands of rooms across multiple countries, networks, and business units.
That changes what simplicity needs to look like.
What enterprise-ready actually requires
Enterprise-readiness isn’t about piling on complexity or ticking checkbox features. It’s about making large-scale deployment feel manageable.
For enterprise IT teams, success usually comes down to two questions: Can we deploy this fast? Can we manage it without creating another operational headache?
That’s where we’re focusing—keeping the simplicity Neat is known for while making large-scale deployments easier to manage.
Those benefits don’t stop after deployment. Neat’s architecture is distributed rather than built around a centralized codec or hardware rack, which means rooms can be reconfigured without invasive installations. When requirements change, a room gets repurposed, or a new office opens, IT teams aren’t starting from scratch.

Built for enterprise networks
Enterprise environments come with layers of requirements—authentication, network segmentation, compliance, security reviews. We’ve supported these environments from the beginning, and the product continues to evolve as deployments grow in size and complexity.
Neat devices support 802.1X with EAP-TLS authentication, the certificate-based standard most enterprise networks require before a device is allowed on the network. To simplify certificate management at scale, Neat supports SCEP enrollment for 802.1X. Devices can enroll and renew certificates directly against an existing SCEP server, eliminating manual certificate provisioning on each device.
For organizations in financial services, healthcare, or government that run TLS-inspecting proxies, NeatOS 26.1.0 brings HTTPS proxy support for Microsoft Teams, including custom root CA certificate installation. Neat also supports LLDP, the IEEE standard for device discovery, giving network teams visibility into exactly which device is on which switch port—essential when you’re troubleshooting across hundreds of rooms globally.
The result: Neat fits into your network architecture rather than fighting it. IT teams configure it to match their environment, not the other way around.
Consistency across every room
One of the most consistent things we hear from customers is how familiar Neat rooms feel across different spaces and offices. Walk into a room in Oslo, then one in Singapore, then one in Chicago. The experience stays the same. People know what to do immediately. Meetings start faster. It’s one reason 70% of customers reported fewer IT support tickets after deploying Neat.
That consistency becomes even more valuable when you’re managing hundreds or thousands of meeting spaces. Standardization affects adoption, operational cost, and ultimately how people feel about walking into a meeting room in the first place. In our customer survey, 50% also reported lower operational costs. When every room works the same way, it stops being something employees have to think about.

Centralized management at scale
Once deployed, Neat Pulse gives IT teams a centralized view of every device across their fleet. Configuration, firmware updates, health monitoring, remote diagnostics, reboots, and device administration can all be handled from a single platform.
APIs and webhooks integrate Neat data into wider IT workflows, helping teams monitor environments and respond more quickly to issues.
IT administrators can sign in to Neat Pulse using SAML, OAuth 2.0, or OIDC through identity providers including Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, and others, eliminating the need to manage a separate set of credentials. One view. Every room. Wherever in the world those rooms are.
The next phase for Neat isn’t about becoming more complicated. It’s about keeping the experience simple while solving harder problems behind the scenes—from enterprise networking and fleet management to security assessments, global rollouts, and increasingly complex deployments.
From a single room to a global deployment, Neat is designed to scale with your organization.
