Google Meet Hardware Licensing

Google Meet hardware devices require an active Google Meet Hardware license to operate. Licenses are managed through the Google Admin console and assigned to enrolled devices.

Meeting Spaces	– Neat Bar 2 or Neat Bar Pro with Neat Pad as room controller – Neat Board 50 or Neat Board Pro Neat Board 32 coming soon – Neat Pad or Neat Pad Pro as a room scheduling device requires connecting to a room booking application through Neat Open apps.	Google Meet hardware  license

For organizations with 10 or fewer licenses, licenses can be purchased directly through the Google Admin console. For more than 10 licenses, purchase must go through a Google reseller. Auto-renewal is only available via reseller.

Microsoft Teams Licensing

Microsoft Teams Rooms Basic

Microsoft Teams Rooms Basic provides core meeting and conferencing functionality for up to 25 devices in a single Microsoft tenant, as well as core security and management capabilities.

This is designed for:

• Small and medium businesses.
• Companies starting their hybrid journey.
• Companies with 25 meeting rooms or less.
• Companies looking to evaluate MTR devices.

Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro

Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro provides advanced meeting experiences that are better optimized for hybrid work. It also includes advanced security, granular management controls, and rich reporting and analytics.

This is designed for:

• Organizations of all sizes.
• Companies scaling their hybrid journey.
• Companies who want to easily and proactively manage multiple meeting rooms.

To enable Neat devices with Microsoft Teams, you’ll need the following license(s):

Zoom Spaces Licensing

Zoom Spaces provides a full-featured meeting room experience for dedicated conference spaces, huddle rooms, personal spaces, and more. Each Zoom Room requires one Zoom Rooms license per space, regardless of room type.

To enable Neat devices with Zoom Rooms, you’ll need the following license(s):
