With this ultimate goal always top of mind, Neat is launching the Neat Global Channel Partner Program, to align with partners who are committed to supporting Zoom customers along the entire customer journey.
The Neat Global Channel Partner Program complements Neat’s existing direct sales model, providing customers greater flexibility in how they choose to buy from Neat. With both of these sales capabilities in place, Neat looks forward to supporting an even broader range of Zoom customers of all sizes and needs.
This new program debuts with over twenty carefully selected partners, each chosen for their passion and expertise in the video and collaboration space, and in particular a focus on supporting Zoom customers and their specific needs. With these partners, Neat expands its global reach to support customers across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
The Neat partner program offers two levels of participation, giving partners the flexibility to scale their partnership with Neat over time.
The entry level category is the Neat Referral Partner, whereby the partner purchases systems from Neat, and maintains the direct relationship with the customer. There are no sales targets or demo equipment requirements, so it’s an easy way for motivated partners to begin working with Neat and experiencing the Neat advantage with their customers.
The more advanced category is the Neat Reseller Partner. Neat Reseller Partners are carefully vetted and join this level by invitation only, ensuring we are offering the highest standard for Neat and Zoom customers. Neat Reseller Partners are made up of existing Zoom partners that have worked extensively with Zoom. These partners enjoy the highest level of benefits and sales support, including demand generation tools, discounted demo equipment, and sales and technical training.
