A worldwide survey speaks for itself
In 2024 Neat took the time to ask fifty-nine customers, across twelve different industries, about their experience of using Neat devices (anonymously of course!) 51% were based in AMER, 25% in APAC, and the rest in EMEA – meaning this was a truly global survey. In fact, the sample size represents a whopping 16,000+ meeting spaces, from huddle rooms for one to two people to extra-large conference rooms created to host more than thirty guests.
The results were a delight to uncover, revealing beyond all doubt that Neat customers are saving time and money. Here are the highlights, the vital considerations for anyone in the market for new video meeting tech.
1. Set up in less than an hour
89% of customers said it took them less than one hour to set up their new Neat devices, from unboxing them through to hosting their very first meeting.
